Ilmlings is run by Seen Group LLC, a Pennsylvania company ("we"). This policy covers this website and our waitlist. The Ilmlings game will have its own privacy policy, written for children's privacy laws, before anyone can play.
When a parent joins the waitlist, we collect what they type into the form: first name, email address, number of children, the age ranges of their children, and how they heard about us. We never ask for a child's name, birthday, photo or any other detail about a specific child.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
These services handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
This website and waitlist are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for Ilmlings.
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@seengroup.co. Depending on where you live, including the UK, Canada and US states with privacy laws, you may have further rights, and we will honor them.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
